19-year-old Kazakhstani Dinara Saduakassova became a world chess champion. The championship among girls under 20 years was held in the Indian city of Bhubaneswar. 57 participants competed for the title of best in the intellectual battle, which lasted for two weeks. Throughout the championship Dinara was a leader and eventually scored 9.5 points out of 13. In second place ranked the representative of Russia, and the third place was taken by the participant from India. The winner of the World Championship gets the title of grandmaster. However Saduakassova already won this degree even in 2012. Then at the age of 16 she became the youngest grandmaster of Kazakhstan among women. A multiple champion of international tournaments was recognized the best athlete of 2013 according to the version ‘Sport Review’ magazine.
