Today the beach infrastructure at the Caspian Sea is actively developing as it wants to comply with the world standards. Significant investments are secured for the improvement of the resort area. Local entrepreneurs create favorable conditions for vacation activities as well as provide friendly services to tourists.

AINASH DUISSENBAYEVA, LOCAL RESIDENT, AKTAU CITY:

 - I am very proud of our beach. The beach is very clean. There are sun loungers and water-related activities. Prior to this, the beach was not developed very well. Now, there are car parks and cafes. I came with my family to enjoy the warm sea and clean sand.

KAIDAR SIZDYK, TOURIST:

 - I came from Astana. I really like the town; there are amenities for recreation. The water is very warm, the weather is wonderful. People can swim until 11 at night.

The length of one of the beaches on the coast of Aktau is 45 kilometers. There are over 20 different recreational centers. Special bus routes are organized for the convenience of visitors and residents of the city,

DEMEUGALI BAKOV, HEAD OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEPARTMENT, AKTAU MAYOR’S OFFICE:

 - We have put three buses that are free of charge to take the tourists to the beach and recreational centers. The schedule of the bus services is available online and in public centers. In our opinion, this service will help attract more tourists to our region.

Two more beaches will open to increase the number of tourists at the Caspian Sea. The city administration and entrepreneurs have already signed a memorandum of cooperation in the field of tourism development in the region.
