"The 10 tasks set by Nursultan Nazarbayev open wide horizons for the state"

The latest Address of the President of Kazakhstan is a concrete plan of action for joining the republic in the number of the most developed countries in the world. Azerbaijani political scientist Tofik Abbasov believes that the 10 tasks set by Nursultan Nazarbayev open wide horizons for the state.

TOFIK ABBASOV, AZERBAIJANI POLITICAL SCIENTIST:

 - Nursultan Nazarbayev's experience in continuing the dialogue with his people deserves more attention because, as a rule, all the addresses, all the appeals, all the initiatives of the leader of Kazakhstan are facing the future. On the other hand, they pinpoint the main areas of life where efforts, ideas and energy should be accumulated.

Georgian political scientist Petre Mamradze said that the address of the President of Kazakhstan is a program of actions for transitioning the country to a higher level of technological development.

PETRE MAMRADZE, FORMER HEAD, STATE CHANCELLERY, GOVERNMENT OF GEORGIA:

- International experts praise Nazarbayev’s contribution to Kazakhstan’s stability over 25 years. In the address, the President wrote about the fourth industrial revolution and what needs to be done. The 10-point plan will make Kazakhstan join the countries that managed to modernize and conduct necessary reforms in time. This is a turning point, when some countries will be able to join the group that will lead the world.
