Kazakh youth organizations will develop proposals on the five social initiatives of Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan and send them to local and central state bodies. This was announced during the meeting held in the Youth Research Center. Participants expect that NGO representatives will also take an active part in monitoring their implementation which will improve the quality of initiatives. For example, during the construction of hostels the organizations like "Zhasyl El" and youth construction teams will be involved. The increase of accessibility and quality of higher education is the third initiative of the President. According to the third initiative, the number of educational grants will be increased.

ASEL IBADULLAYEVA, EXPERT, YOUTH RESEARCH CENTER:

 - According to the president, the additional 20,000 grants will be allocated on top of the 54,000 grants for the 2018-2019 academic year. The 11,000 are allocated to bachelor programs in technical specialties. I think that the increase in the number of grants will help creating a smart nation.
