RIZA RAKHYMOVA, TEACHER OF MUSIC, NAZARBAYEV INTELLECTUAL SCHOOL:
- We are organizing this event for the third consecutive time. We held a flash mob named ‘The Descendants of the Great Steppe’. Such events help to bring up patriots. Our goal is to make young people proud of our cultural heritage.
YERSAIYN ZHARASPAYEV, SCHOOL STUDENT, NAZARBAYEV INTELLECTUAL SCHOOL:
- I like playing the dombra. I've been attending dombra classes since I was 5 years old. Since childhood I have learned to perform a lot of different kyuis. I believe that our national art should be raised to a new level just like we - the younger generation.
