JE JIE, SPOKESPERSON, NATIONAL PAVILION OF CHINA

- It is very important for us to participate in the Expo in Kazakhstan, so we’ve chosen larger area. We were provided with good conditions, and we are grateful to the Kazakh side. We have something to impress with. Our theme is “Future Energy, the green Silk Road.” At the exhibition, we will show new ideas and achievements related to the transformation of traditional energy sources and environmental improvement.

Austria’s pavilion will also impress the Expo visitors. The Austrian pavilion totals almost 900 square meters. The theme of the Austrian pavilion is “Future Energy – with Brain, Heart and Muscle Power!”

GERHARD SAILLER, AUSTRIAN AMBASSADOR TO KAZAKHSTAN

- There are three zones: an interactive zone where people can see synergy, a relaxation zone and a zone with information about Austria. For Austria this is a very good opportunity for presentation. In Austria, there are 37% of water energy, 10% of wind energy, and a lot of biomass.

ILYA URAZAKOV, DIRECTOR OF DEPARTMENT, ASTANA EXPO-2017

- Our preparation is going on smoothly, as organizers say. All the issues that arise are usually resolved after discussions at the regular technical sessions that we hold for each country.

As it was reported in the national company, at present, some more pavilions are at the stage of transfer. All participants will receive own sites by the end of March and will proceed to designing their zones.
