The President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s address opens new prospects for international cooperation, in particular, between Kazakhstan and South Korea, the professor San Chol Kim believes. According to the expert, two countries could cooperate in the field of IT technologies. The political scientist also stresses that the Kazakh President’s address is relevant to the current strategic challenges, since it focuses on education and human resources - as a basis for further advancement.

He emphasized importance of development program of Kazakhstan for future challenges, because as we can see the global community is so rapidly changing.

At present, Kazakhstan links the West and the East. The country is actively developing its export potential, using its transport and logistics infrastructure and investing in human capital. According to the Chinese analysts, the Kazakh President’s address is focused on strengthening these particular areas.
