The G-Global international project marks its 5th anniversary. It was established upon Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s initiative. During this time, almost all UN member states became the project participants. This platform is affiliated with the Astana Economic Forum and was established by the Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists. It promotes the formation of international economic policy and the search for global anti-crisis decisions. As noted by Nursultan Nazarbayev, the G-Global is aimed at offering a positive alternative to the chaotic dynamics of the changing global development paradigms. Two World anti-crisis conferences, important discussions in the G20 format and the Astana Economic Forum have been held during the past 5 years.
MURAT KARIMSAKOV, PRESIDENT, EURASIAN ECONOMIC CLUB OF SCIENTISTS:
Presently, the international community is actively discussing the Kazakh President’s new initiative, which he voiced at the G20 summit in China to create a Dialogue Center between the G20 and the UN’s developing member states based on the communication platform G-Global. We believe that the principles which are incorporated in the G-Global project will help to develop relations between the states based on new principles of improving the global governance practices in the 21st century.
