Let me start with foreign policy issues. In this regard, Kazakhstan has serious achievements. You have been elected a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council. What are the issues you want to raise on this post?

Nursultan NAZARBAYEV, PRESIDENT OF KAZAKHSTAN:

As you know, Kazakhstan is the global leader in nuclear disarmament. Our country is a home for more than 130 ethnic groups and nationalities that reside in peace and harmony together. Kazakhstan has managed to become one of the 15 UN Security Council members. In this post we are going to address the problems of the Central Asian region. Of course, we will draw attention to Syria and the Middle East. Kazakhstan is actively engaged in the reconciliation of conflicts between different states. Relations between Russia and Turkey are one of the examples. Now we are actively working on the resolution of the Ukrainian-Russian and Azerbaijani-Armenian crises.
