The implementation of the new tourism project was launched in the Ulansk district in Kazakhstan. Sibinsk Lake is in the center of attention. They are located only in one hour’s drive from Ust-Kamenogorsk. Over 15,000 people have visited the lakes during the summer, a half of them are Russian citizens. It has been decided to improve conditions for tourists. The coast will be turned into a municipal beach corresponding to all international standards with an ethnic village nearby. The project requires funding of 220 million tenge. 50 million has been already allocated from the regional budget.

The funding has been allocated from the regional budget this year. Construction of roads cost 2 billion tenge. These include the roads Ust-Kamenogorsk-Samar and Ust-Kamenogorsk – recreational center Sibiny. We will have a very lovely beach here.
