Kazakhstan’s National Museum issues unique catalogs
Some 1,500 gold and silver Kazakh traditional ornaments were entered in the unique catalog of the National Museum of Kazakhstan. These collections are full of colorful illustrations and detailed information about the priceless artifacts and tell people about the most important exhibits of the museum stores.

There are items of the early Saka mounds, which have been discovered in the mounds of Eastern Saryarka, from burial mounds Taldy 2, Sarykol, items from burial of Golden Man.
Museum staff intends to instill interest in young generation to the ancient art of the Kazakhs through these catalogs.

Let this be an example for young people. Nowadays, such stylized antique ornaments are very popular, but not all of today’s girls and women for certain know how such unusual jewelry should be worn. Our catalogs contain full information about the history of jewelry, and thus can help study them.
Yet, these rare catalogues with ancient gold and jewelry art of Kazakhs are available only in the museum. People can buy them at the gift shop. However, soon these unique exhibits at the museum will be sold in retail stores.
