More than 32 thousand claims and about 2,500 appeals were filed in the courts of Astana through the online service "Judicial Cabinet" from the beginning of the year. Such data was provided at a conference on modern information technologies in the judicial system. In mid-2014, a special service started operating in the country. Kazakhstanis, without leaving their homes or offices can file claims, complaints, appeals and more documents having only an electronic signature. A user can receive up to 8 services through "Judicial Cabinet".

Botagoz BAYANOVA, HEAD OF INFORMATION SECURITY DEPARTMENT, ASTANA COURT:

The more people know about the new service, the increasingly growing number of applications and appeals filed via the cabinet online. This is evident from the statistics of the last two years. People understand that the "judicial cabinet" allows saving time and money, reduces human error, making the judiciary more transparent and open.
