The first female pilot in Kazakhstan’s Military Aviation Ardana Botay wants to fly into space. Now she is in the ranks of the National Guard of the country. Ardana is 22 years old, but she had already graduated from the Almaty Academy of Civil Aviation and Pilot training school in Finland. Ardana passed about 250 flight hours. She sat alone behind the wheel of the military aircraft for the first time one month ago. And now, the pilot must fly 50 hours and, then she will be allowed perform special tasks such as cargo and personnel.
