The first plant on production of cream cheese was launched in Aktobe. The product can be used as a ready-made as well as in the preparation of culinary delights. But the main distinction of the product that it’s three times cheaper than imported cheese. They purchased German automated equipment for production of dairy products. After auditing 30 employees were hired additionally.

We have conducted the modernization of equipment. We have implemented the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and purchased European equipment. First of all, we are committed to produce high quality and safe products. The Russian market is our extra income.

 

About a billion tenge was spent for the launch of a new line, half of the means is the plant’s own funds and, other is a loan from ‘Damu’Fund that was allocated through ‘Business Road map 2020’. Aktobe residents tasted the cream cheese first. It’s planned to send production to Astana, Almaty and Shymkent and, later to Russia.

The company received an international certificate and, due to it, we are open to the Russian market. The range includes both everyday products such as yogurt and soft cheeses. The interest to produce this production has arisen in the market.
