Grain receipts are available in an electronic form. The relevant legislation entered into force on July 23. Thus, all the grain enterprises will record the reception of grain in the electronic register. Local executive entities and the Ministry of Agriculture have an access for this system. According to experts, this system will ensure the transparency of the data and will minimize the risks of violations. These developments will assist farmers because all operation with the system will be available by electronic digital signature and Internet. Moreover, grain has security status and can be used as mortgage security for lending. To date, about 21% of farmers are registered in the database.

All transactions, such as buying, selling, pledging, partition, consolidation in the sale and redemption of grain are held free of charge. Only the annual subscription fee is paid for.
