About 100 public-private partnership energy-saving projects will be implemented in Kazakhstan by 2020 as was announced at a seminar on public-private partnerships, the lighting system is planned to be improved in schools, hospitals and other social facilities. According to experts, LED lamps will significantly save on energy costs. According to experts, this will have a positive impact on the health of schoolchildren, including their sight because the bulbs do not flicker and meet all international standards. In addition, the related department reported that from next year, small and medium-sized businesses will receive concessional financing via second-tier banks for the implementation of energy efficiency projects.

The implementation of energy saving public-private partnership will be smooth because this brings tremendous profit to state’s budget. This is a long-term saving of budget funds on the purchase of energy resources.
