Over 20 thousand Kazakhstanis will undergo technical and vocational training under the joint project of the Government and the World Bank. Among them - the unemployed, the employed and unproductive employees. Financial institution allocates $100 million to the program, the rest - 37 million will be financed by the government.

For our project, we want to select 64 colleges, it is 4 colleges in each region depending on the demand for specialization in a particular region, and at the expense of loan funds to retrofit them with the necessary training equipment, in order to put there modern machines, which are the company. Through these colleges, we will train the troops, which will be trained at the expense of this loan.

 

As noted in the profile department, 550 professional standards and 173 education programs will be developed under the project. Also, the new system staff qualifications will be introduced and activities of employment services will be improved. Thus, the initiators hope to reduce unemployment and increase the relevance of the technical professions.
