Such conferences are always an exchange of experience. Here I have learned a lot of useful and interesting things. I would like to particularly mention a method when students take their video footage. It is very convenient, informative and effective. I will certainly be using this experience and the experience of my colleagues in my work.

BATYRKHAN ZHUMABAYEV, DEPUTY HEAD, “SACRAL KAZAKHSTAN” RESEARCH CENTER:

Today’s children are our future. Such research approach gets them closer to the local history. Thanks to the joint work with the teachers we want to develop patriotism in younger generation.

In the east of the country students have presented a video footage about the sacred sites of Kazakhstan. There are plans to create a series of video tours about the iconic sites. The students plan to show and tell the people of Kazakhstan and foreign visitors about the mysteries of the Konyr Auliye cave, the mausoleum of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi and other sacral sites of Kazakhstan.

ASSEM NURLANKYZY, PROJECT AUTHOR:

Kazakhstan has a great potential in literature, culture and tourism. That’s why we must use the potential and show all the beauties and variety of sacral sites of the Eastern Kazakhstan. And we hope that the list of sacral sites will be enlarged.

Moreover, Oskemen universities will educate guides who will become the professional guides for sacral sites of Kazakhstan.
