Kazakhstan-United Kingdom: Cooperation in Digital Transformation
Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom will closely cooperate in the introduction of digital technologies in various sectors of the economy. Today, the United Kingdom occupies leading positions in global ratings of development in digital technologies and artificial intelligence.

- A number of agreements are being discussed. One of the agreements has been signed with the Government on digital services. We want to sign an agreement on cooperation in transformation of public services. In this respect, we would like to learn from experiences on the mechanism of implementation. In addition, we want to adopt the methodology.
The British companies embraced the prospect of entering new markets. Representatives of the Cambridge companies are ready to cooperate in development of the Astana Hub Park and implementation of the industry 4.0 platform in Kazakhstan. The Cambridge Innovation Cluster unites 25,000 companies and specializes in digital technologies in areas like agriculture and mining.

- So we talked about projects that helping and improving the productivity and efficiency of mining industry. We are looking for options to work with Kazakhstan’s government.
In addition, the Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom also talked about the possibility of opening a new IT university in Astana where students will be trained according to the programs of foreign universities.
