Spring festival of Nauryz has reached London

Spring festival of Nauryz has reached London. Kazakhstan’s Supreme Court and the Astana International Financial Center judges doing a six-month internship program in the UK attended the event. They organized a Kazakh corner at the City, University of London where they introduced the guests with the Kazakh culture. Students and visitors were treated traditional Kazakh food like baursak, shelpek and Nauryz kozhe. Moreover, the guests could enjoy a cultural program, including folk songs, dombyra musical arrangements and folk dances.

 - This event was organized with the support of the Embassy of Kazakhstan. Our colleagues cooked national dishes, sweets and etc. The event was organized at the highest level.

Celebration of Nauryz was continued at the University College London. The traditional Central Asian spring festival was held here for the seventh time. The traditional event aims to unite people through establishing cultural connections between the United Kingdom and the Central Asian countries. Representatives of the Central Asia presented the diversity of their cultures and traditions at an exhibition and a concert.
