DIANA BATYROVA, SOLOIST, ASTANA BALLET THEATRE

- In this ballet, we learnt new dancing techniques and a new presentation. I am grateful for this opportunity provided by Russian choreographers. All frames are erased in this production. There are extraordinary, aerial dances, and a sense of freedom.

The new theatre "Astana Ballet" is a part of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. It is the place where future generation of the Kazakh ballet dancers is trained and educated. Young students of the academy took part in the staging of "Walpurgis Night". The students said it was a great honor for them to take part in such large-scale project.

AKBAR IMANOV, STUDENT, KAZAKH NATIONAL ACADEMY OF CHOREOGRAPHY

- I was playing Cupid. This role was very important for me. Not everyone can dance well in the classical ballet. You need to be really skillful and trained.

"Walpurgis Night" entered into the collection of Astana Ballet performances. It is clearly seen from the spectators’ reaction that this ballet will become one of the favorite ones and the best performance of the young and inimitable ballet troupe.
