OPEC officials will have to hold a large number of meetings in the next six weeks to approve all the details of the transaction to cut oil production, which was agreed at the informal summit in Algiers. The first meetings will be held during the Energy Congress in Istanbul, signaling that unlike in the first half of 2016, the oil exporting group is more committed to managing the global supply glut and propping up prices.
