Starting from on October 10 Kazakhstan puts in force a law tightening the scope of shared construction, according to the Architecture and Construction Control Department of Astana. According to Kapital.kz, the new rules will tighten the requirements for obtaining a license for construction and installation works and for supervision of housing construction. Moreover, the new legislation will provide a number of financing tools in the construction sector. Currently, nearly 200 housing estates are built in Astana.
