Net profit of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan for the period from January to June 2016 amounted to 10.8 billion tenge, which is by 26.8 percent more than in the same period in 2015, reports Today.kz with reference to the Bank’s service for relations with public. Net interest income increased by 33% - to 19.5 billion. DBK’s assets grew by 4.6 percent since the beginning of the year - to 2.2 billion tenge and shareholders' equity increased by 3.1 percent to 367 billion tenge. The Bank started financing 10 projects worth 58.7 billion tenge, five of which were greenfield-projects.
