The Eurozone economy slowed down in the Q2 of this year, compared to the Q1, according the European Union’s statistics bureau Eurostat estimates.  The slowdown has strengthened the belief that the ECB will extend stimulus efforts, according to news portal. Between April and June, 19 EU countries saw economic growth at 0.3%, from 0.6% in the first quarter. Annually, the economy expanded at a 1.6% pace during the reported period. Recent statistical office data coincide with the preliminary ones published in July.
