Eurozone retail sales remained unchanged in June compared to May figures in 2016, as consumers decided to save on the purchase of energy, according to data from Eurostat. According to the Russian news portal vestifinance.ru, in annual terms, sales in the 19 euro-zone countries grew by 1.6%, while analysts predicted an increase of 1.7%. The latest increase in retail sales figure by 0.4% compared with the previous month was observed in May 2016.
