According to the analysis conducted by Moneyman, the volume of portfolio companies engaged in online lending amounted to 3billin 1,8 million tenge in the first half of 2016, which is 6.92 times more compared to 2015 (436.3 million). In the first half-year the total amount of funds granted to online services amounted to 4.8 billion tenge, which is 4.9 times more compared to the first half of 2015 in Kazakhstan. The company issued more than 102,000 loans during the reporting period, which is 3.9 times more compared to last year. The average loan amount has been gradually increasing. So, in the first half of 2015 the average loan amounted to 37,500 tenge, while in 2016 it totaled for more than 47,000 tenge, growing by 25.3% compared to the same period in 2015.
