Demand on services of discounter companies is growing in Kazakhstan. According to analysts, revenues for the last five years on services of discounter companies will have increased by more than 30% this year; reaching 1.5 billion tenge.

There are 2-3 players who have proven themselves on the market.  Every month many coupon sites appear, but buyers need to first test them out. 04:36 Sometimes partner fail us. For example, a particular business is closed for repairs, but didn’t warn us about it. This happens in 1-2% of cases. We have about 1,500 partners a year who cooperate with us, so failures are quite rare.

 

According to managers of coupon services, such cases are rare. Sometimes failure may happen, but it’s only about 1-2%. Companies that sell their products and services can save on advertising by giving discounts through discounter companies. Discounter companies earn on vouchers that offer a discount to the final consumer who pays for the certificate.

There is no difference, if you go for the full value or use a discount – the quality and amount of services will be delivered as in full price case.  This is due to specific clauses described in Agreement ‘On Discrimination’. If there is any discrimination of customers from our partners, we punish them. In short, initially all of these items are taken care of, so that a customer doesn’t have to worry about anything going on coupon sites.

 

Although the majority of discounter companies work directly with companies and, monitor the quality of goods and services, experts advise not to hesitate and clarify any unclear information and read online customer reviews.
