In June, according to the General Customs Administration of China, the price in the U.S. dollar of the Chinese export decreased by 4.8%, whereas the import fell by 8.4% in annual terms. The volume of China’s export fell by 4.1% and, import fell by 0.1% in May. Thus, the decline in both indicators increased compared to May. In accordance to the Chinese General Customs Administration, the downward pressure on the Chinese economy is maintained and, trading situation will be difficult this year. China’s exports grew by 1.2% in annual terms, whereas imports increased by more than 5%.
