Economists at the Bank of America have expressed fears that the U.S. regulators do not have any aces in its sleeve: the Fed may delay the next rate hike. Bank experts have not yet talked about quantitative easing program. According to most forecasts, the growth of the U.S. GDP for the IV quarter of 2015 would be zero.
