The program tells about the protected areas of Kazakhstan, the rich flora and fauna of the natural areas of our country.

Fields of the foothill valleys have already turned green and the apricot is blossoming. But in Karzhantau Mountains the air of spring just lightly touched separate areas. First flowers – crocus alatavicus, or Baisheshek, as they are called here. Among the juniper forests of the Sairam-Ugam National Park the nature was preserved in its primordial state. It’s hard to believe that one of the largest cities of Southern Kazakhstan – Shymkent - in located just 60 kilometers away from here. Our expedition is greeted by flute songs of thrushes and shy ibexes – tau-teke.
